We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

We accept returns ONLY if:

Your item arrived damaged, or

Your product has a manufacturing defect.
Photos are required for damaged/defective items so we can assist quickly.
β Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our shop and many items being handmade, we do not accept returns for:

Handmade items with minor variations (normal for handcrafted products)

Slight color differences due to lighting or display screens

Wrong size chosen by customer

Change of mind or personal preference

Sale or clearance items
These conditions help us maintain fair pricing and protect small-batch handmade production.

If your return is approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing usually takes 3β7 business days after we receive your item or proof of issue

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the issue is our fault (wrong item or damaged), we cover the return shipping cost.

If the customer requests a return for another reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We are not responsible for:

Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Please contact your local carrier first if your tracking shows βDeliveredβ but you cannot find your package.
